LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born on 30 December 1984 - is a pro American basketball star. James is known as King James and is considered to be one of the greatest basketball players of all time. James has won two Olympic golds, as well as four NBA titles. James has scored more points in the playoffs. He also has the second highest number of career points, and is seventh in career assists. James is the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, which is a record. He was also selected for the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. He was the 3rd player to play in the NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from 2011 to 2018. In 2021 James was chosen to join make the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 he became the first athlete of NBA history to rack up 10,000 points or more in a career rebounds and assists. James was a basketball player in St. Vincent St. Mary High School, located in Akron Ohio. The national media celebrated James as an NBA star. He was a pro-prep player and selected with the top choice from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft of 2003. Following his selection as 2004's NBA Rookie of the Year, he quickly established himself as an elite player within the NBA receiving the NBA's MVP Award both in 2009 and 2010. James signed a free-agent contract in 2010 after failing to win championships with Cleveland. He made the decision to leave Cleveland in order to join Miami Heat, announced on The Decision, a popular television show The Decision, is considered among the most controversial free agent actions in sports history.
